Upland Hunt FAQ ​
What is included in the bird package price?
*Half Day Hunt
*Lunch & Beverages
*Bird Cleaning/Packaging
*Water Service in the hunting field
​When do I arrive and what do I bring?
*8:30am for AM hunt & 12:30pm for PM hunt.
*Cash for guide and cook tips. (20% is customary)
*Each hunter must sign the liability waiver prior to hunt.
*You may bring your own hunting dog if non-guided hunt is chosen at booking.
*Fluorescent orange clothing is required. (eye & ear protection is recommended).
*TPWD hunting license w/upland bird endorsement & photo ID.
*Please bring a cooler to transport your birds or you may purchase one for $25.
​What size shotgun/shells do you recommend?
*Shotgun caliber is 20 gauge or 12 gauge.
*Shot size not to exceed size No. 7.5
*No chokes tighter than improved cylinder.
*We do not sell shotguns or shells.
​What is not allowed and do you have additional rules?
*Rifles & pistols are not allowed.
*No alcohol consumption before or during hunt.
*Hunters under the age of 18 must have shooting experience/hunter safety course.
*There is a $25 fee for non-hunter observers in the field (non-members only)

Dove Hunt FAQ
​When do I arrive and what do I bring?
*2:30pm arrival for PM dove hunt.
*Each hunter must e-sign the liability waiver prior to hunt.
*Bring your own chair & cooler for the dove field.
*Please bring valid TPWD hunting license with migratory bird endorsement & photo ID.
*Eye & ear protection is recommended.
​What size shotgun/shells do you recommend?
*Shotgun caliber is 20 gauge or 12 gauge.
*Shot size not to exceed size No. 7.5

*We do not sell shotguns or shells.

​Dove Hunt Cancellation Policy
*A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at booking and the balance will be charged to the card on file on the day of your hunt. In case of inclement weather, you will have the opportunity to reschedule your hunt.

Upland Hunt Cancellation Policy
​
*Non-member hunts canceled by hunter less than 72 hours prior to hunt will be subject to the deposit not being refunded. Non-member hunts asked by hunter to be rescheduled less than 72 hours prior to hunt will be subject to penalty as well which includes cancellation of hunt (with no return of deposit) and a brand new booking.
*Member hunts canceled less than 72 hours prior to hunt will be subject to forfeit of birds booked for that hunt.
*In the case of a rain or weather related event, the primary point of contact will be notified to reschedule the hunt.
